In 1986, Chuck was put in charge of marketing and development of the workshop program at World Game Projects, Inc., a small, non-profit organization with two or three volunteers. By the end of 1989, the newly redesigned World Game Institute had conducted over 100 events in that year alone. Today WGI has affiliates in Japan and New Zealand, and regular clients include Chase Manhattan Bank and Motorola. In 1993 Chuck returned to Bellingham, where he was WGI's Pacific Northwest Regional Representative. He does much of SPIE's web programming, including many of its conference programs.
